WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

THE SEVEN HABITS OF INDIVIDUATION

  • Become who are you meant to be through the integration of reason, psychology and spiritual understanding.

  • Develop true freedom in mind and world through responsibility, communication, contribution and mental discipline.

  • Cultivate active engagement with the unconscious mind, reconcile inner and outer conflicts and build congruency.

Freedom and self-knowledge are inseparable, yet they can only be realised by engaging with inner and outer contradiction. The path of individuation means becoming undivided in ourselves - a journey that requires integrating rational thought, psychological understanding, and spiritual wisdom.

The Seven Habits of Individuation provide a practical framework for this vital task. Born from the synthesis of ancient wisdom and modern insight, they offer a way to navigate the challenges of 21st century life while developing genuine self-knowledge.

In this capstone course of the Know Yourself Programme, you'll learn to apply these principles to cultivate congruency, build mental discipline, and create meaningful work and relationships. Through actively working with both conscious and unconscious aspects of yourself, you'll discover a path to authentic freedom that's uniquely your own.
